If you believe in the power of listening, guiding, and supporting, your mentorship can help shape a child’s future. By becoming a mentor to a Swayam student—especially those in 10th and 12th standard—you’re not just offering academic help, but sharing confidence, perspective, and life skills. One conversation, one session, one bond can uplift not only a student but their entire family.

If you’re passionate about storytelling, design, social media, or strategy—we need you. Join our Marketing and Communications team and help us amplify the voices of children, bring our impact to life, and inspire supporters to take action. Your creativity can drive awareness, raise crucial funds, and ultimately transform the lives of thousands of children and families.

4–6 hours per week (flexible as per availability)

Graduation students (2nd year or above) or professionals with an interest in marketing, communications, design, or fundraising
