Sarika Desai has dedicated the past 25 years to enhancing the lives of underprivileged children. She began her career armed with a degree in Child Development and Care from SNDT College and a Master's in Social Work from Nirmala Niketan College in Mumbai. Her early work with organizations like NASEOH and the Sulabha School for Mentally Challenged Children equipped her with a deep understanding of the needs of these children.
Driven by the challenges she observed,
Sarika founded the Sparsha Charitable Trust to provide holistic development for every child, irrespective of their background. The trust's mission includes education, health, livelihood, and community development, fostering environments where children can thrive. Sarika's unwavering dedication continues to advocate for the rights and well-being of underprivileged children.
